Parts Associate

We have an immediate opening for a Parts Associate.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist with part sales and ordering.
  
  
• Receive and ship parts and materials, return overstocked or unused materials to vendors.
  
  
• Assist with quarterly updates to Shop inventory. Assists with annual counts of van inventory.
  
  
• Stock job boxes with tools and equipment. Oversees tool returns and repairs. Recommend tool replacements for obsolete or severely worn tools.
  
  
• Assist with maintenance of building and grounds. Keeps shop and parts rooms orderly.
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPECTATIONS:

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
  
  
• Prior experience preferred, must possess mechanical aptitude
  
  
• Ability to take direction and learn quickly on the job.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  
• Ability to learn Timberline system, MSWord, MSExcel, QuickPen and Outlook.
