Project Manager

We have an immediate opening for project manager with at least 5 years experience. HVAC/R and mechanical experience is a MUST to be considered for this position.  Applicant must be detail oriented and highly organized with excellent communication and computer skills.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist with estimating and job set up
  
  
• Manage the installation of Refrigeration projects to meet scope, schedule and budget
  
  
• Oversee all aspects of the project including contract review, purchasing, labor management, client relationships, daily schedule management and final job close out.
  
  
• Conduct regular job site visits and verify safety procedures are being properly followed.
  
  
• Create and track change orders within the appropriate internal operating system.
  
  
• Continually forecast final job cost and compare to budget
  
  
• Participate in regularly scheduled internal project meetings and external client specified meetings pertaining to specific project responsibility.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical and educational background providing solid ability to read and interpret documentation, drawings, contracts and blueprints specific to project needs.
  
  
• Minimum 5 years experience of construction project management experience required
  
  
• A demonstrated ability to lead people
  
  
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  
  
• Problem analysis and problem resolution
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  
• Proficient with MSWord; MSExcel; MSOutlook
