Lori Comeau, C.F.O. and Owner

Peter and Lori purchased RECCO in 1995. As Chief Financial Officer, Lori's primary responsibilities include general company administration, accounting department oversight, strategic planning, maintaining the integrity of the company's financial condition and all banking and insurance relationships.  As Owner of the company, Lori is also involved in daily business operations, sales management and customer relations.

Prior to joining RECCO, Lori directed the development of commercial real estate for 23 years for the company portfolio of John M. Corcoran & Co. and for third party turn-key developments with values ranging from $5 million to $43 million. These developments included multifamily, office, research and development facilities.

Lori received her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Simmons College. She serves as Director for the Board of a local bank, is an Accredited LEED Professional for New Construction and Substantial Rehabilitation and is currently a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC); National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); and Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM).
