journeyman and master technicians and installers have completed a minimum of 5 years training through the union as well as additional training through RECCO with specific vendors, manufacturers and hazardous response operations. Being a union contractor provides RECCO with an indefinite supply of trained technicians, welders and pipe fitters. Recco
